When will I get my package?
We ship out new packages on the 22nd of each month (or subsequent business day). You should expect your tracking email notification around the 22nd day each month and then your package will arrive shortly after.
What is the last day to place my order and still get this month's box?
Any order placed from the 1st to the 21st of the month will be shipped that month. All orders placed from the 22nd to the 31st of a given month will be shipped out on the 22nd of the following month.
What type of jewelry will I receive?
Styles include earrings, bracelets, rings, necklaces and more to keep you up to date on the latest trends. In addition to your jewelry, we love to randomly surprise 25 our loyal subscribers with bonus items in their packages , so be on the lookout! We like to call these lucky 25 the "Elite" members of the month. To ensure that we send pieces that match preferred style, please make sure you complete the style questions when you purchase your subscription. If item of the month is available in your preferred color we will send you that color; otherwise, the default color will be Sterling Silver.
How will I know to look out for my package?
You will get an automated tracking email each time a package ships to you, so you can be on alert for your new jewelry.

What if I am going away or need to freeze my membership for a month?
No problem! You can login to your own customer portal and make changes to your subscription at any time. If you would rather us help you with that we would be happy to do so, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I return an item for online store credit?
It's easy! Just follow the easy instructions included with every shipment and return the item to us within 10 days. Once we process your return, we'll set up an account for you on the J Grace & Co webstore and send you an email with your login credentials. Please note that this will not be the same as your Little Black Box site login. We recommend changing your password immediately. Your online store credit will automatically apply to your next online order at jgraceandco.com.

Will my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, all of our subscription sign-up options auto renew after the term expires unless you cancel before the next scheduled renewal date. If you signed up using a prepaid option, you will enjoy the same discounted rate (10% off for 3-mo, 15% off for 6-mo, 20% off for 1-year) for as long as you are a Little Black Box member!
How do I cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel your Little Black Box membership, you may do so through your customer portal or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you enrolled for a pre-paid subscription of 3, 6, or 12 months and cancel before your next renewal, the remaining months will be applied as an online store credit on our website www.jgraceandco.com and will not be eligible for the prorated rate that was originally applied when enrolling.
